Q2Do you support dropshipping?
We offer blind dropshipping. In other words, the price or any marketing material related to the supplier will not be included in the package.
Q3Can I customize products?
Yes, we can customize your design, logo, color, and material. You can send us detailed pictures, size, logo, and material specifications. We can calculate the price for you first; if you approve the pricing, we can arrange a sample.
Q4What is your MOQ?
The MOQ for each product is different. For travel bags, backpacks, and briefcases, MOQ is 10 pcs. For sling bags and fanny packs, MOQ is 20 pcs. If the goods are ready to ship, you can purchase 1 pc without a logo.
Q5How do you guarantee the quality of the leather bags?
Before production, pre-production samples are made for checking details with customers. During production and packaging, professional QC inspectors inspect the products to ensure good quality and accurate specifications.
Q6What are your payment terms and delivery times?
Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment via T/T, Credit Card, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, or Alibaba Trade Assurance. In-stock items ship within 48 hours; bulk orders take about 15-25 days. Shipping takes 5-12 days by express, 10-18 days by air, or 35-60 days by sea.
